2013 Cowboys for Heroes... The Usual Suspects

You might call this a rogue's gallery. These are some of the regular volunteers and sponsors who normally work in the background. There were many more but the photographer didn't get everyone's pictures as he should have. Sorry y'all. These folks need to be recognized, without them the project would never work.

Our Buggy driver Alvin Krueger of Goliad, Texas

Cowboy Dave Strickland and sister Majorie Phillips

Our fearless leader Aubrey Lenamon and Cowboy Dave Strickland
Pioneer Flour is a primary sponsor for this event. They have been there for the Cowboys for Heroes Project from early on and have never wavered in their support of the event or the troops. All the flour and meal products used by the Chuck Wagons are donated by Pioneer. They are good folks and we love their products. THANK YOU  !

This is our VIP Group of Houston friends called the Cowboys for Heroes Buying Group.

The names are not in order with a few names of folks who couldn't make the trip:

Andy Bates, Sheryn Bates, Daniel Lanier, Stacy Lanier, Berry Summerour, Jennifer Summerour, Charles Norris, Emile Norris, our buddy Greg Liles, Keith Houchin, Brent Bike, David Cecil, Mark Williams, Andy Barbee, Carol Mateo, Trent Ogelbys, Todd Christman, and Josh Stanka.

These folks donated the money to buy the steers from the Houston Livestock Show, then donated the very, very tender meat for this event. Thanky, thanky, thanky !
